What is a DNN Skin?
DotNetNuke skins are used to produce dynamic user interface. These objects are included in the static HTML markup of the skin file. A DNN skin enables a wide range of customizing options for Web designers who use DNN as their CMS. It provides the static layout and allows you to change colors and styles. You may also override images with the custom graphic designs available to you. Skinning also allows you to customize the user interface, except the actual content. Thus it creates infinite possibilities for custom CMS.
