Our goal while developing this site was to employ the standard political aesthetic in an unexpected way. The typical red, white, and blue color palette is very expected, therefore we chose variations on the traditional combination in an effort to call attention to the 2 primary goals of the site: promote the endorsed candidates, connect with other Indian American leaders and garner donations.
Donations
Donations are a necessary item for every non-profit organization to include on their home page. We placed donation call outs through out the site, especially on the homepage with the goal of attracting new donors. It can also make it easier for recurring donors to make additional donations.
